Gavin Burcar #12 Spokane Chiefs
Right shot centre. 6.01 / 182
DOB January 8, 2009
Burcar is a good-size two-way forward who contributes in all three zones. He provides versatility with his ability to play on both the power play and penalty kill. He has decent speed and plays a responsible game, using an active stick to disrupt opponents and create turnovers. He is willing to finish his checks and brings a physical element to his game. Burcar’s ability to contribute in different situations adds value to his overall profile. He would benefit from continued development in the face-off circle to become a more reliable option in key situations.
Projection: Early second-round pick. Projects as a middle-six forward at the professional level.
